What to expect at your Initial Assessment Visit-

  •  Medical /Social History Intake: Diagnosis, Medications and Allergies  

  • Physical Exam: Vital Signs

  • System Review: Dermatology, Vascular, Neurological and Orthopedic   

  • Foot Assessment: Posture/Balance/ Toenails/Foot and Ankle Appearance and Structure  

  • Procedure: Cleanse/Trim/File and Thin Nails, Treat Corns/Callus/Ingrown nails and Gentle Massage

  • Recommend Treatments / Education for Caregivers/Patients, Referral to Podiatry or PCP

What to expect at a Follow up/Routine Visit

  • Update history and physical if needed  

  • Trimming, sanding and reduction of toenails, calluses, and corns   

  • Routine reduction of long or troubled nails

  • Gentle moisturizing massage of lower legs

  • Education, recommendations and reports to appropriate MD
